SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING

Your sunny orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

As our garments are embroidered by hand, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on demand.

SHIPPING COSTS:

• If you live locally, you can collect your order free of charge directly from La Treille, 13011 Marseille.

Mainland France:

• Mondial Relay (pick-up point): €5.90
• La Poste home delivery, signature required: €8.90
• Free Mondial Relay delivery on orders over €150.

• French overseas territories: €14 home delivery
• Europe: €15 home delivery
• Rest of the world: €29 home delivery

For deliveries outside mainland France, administrative fees and/or customs duties may be charged by the carrier.

MAKING A RETURN

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your pieces for a refund if they are not right for you.

Please note that pieces must be in new condition and carefully packaged.

The "Une fille, un mois" t-shirts and sweatshirts are made to order. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be accepted, any return must first be notified to bonjour@latreillemaisonensoleillee.com.

When sending your return, please email bonjour@latreillemaisonensoleillee.com with the shipping date, the tracking number, the proof of shipment and the product(s) you are returning.

La Treille cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in return. To avoid any risk of theft, please use a tracked service with signature on delivery (such as Colissimo with signature from France).

SIZE EXCHANGE REQUESTS

We know it can be tricky to order online without really knowing your size. For exchanges, we cover the cost of the return and of sending the new item in a different size, subject to stock availability.

Feel free to contact us before ordering so we can advise you on the best fit for your figure.

REFUND TIMES

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

Refunds are made within 7 days of La Treille receiving the items.
