DELIVERY AND ORDER TRACKING

Your sunny orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

The clothes are dyed and embroidered in a traditional way. The time can be extended up to Three weeks depending on demand. 

SHIPPING FEES: 

• For residents of the region, you have the possibility to pick up your order free of charge on site, directly at the Treille 13011 Marseille

• Metropolitan France : 6 € home delivery.  

  Delivery is free from € 150 purchase.

• Overseas: 14 € home delivery
• Europe: 15 € home delivery
• Rest of the world : 29 € home delivery

In the event of delivery outside mainland France, administrative and / or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

 

MAKE A RETURN

The shipping costs for the return will be at your expense. 

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for reimbursement, if they do not suit you.

Note that the parts must be new and carefully packaged.

Embroidery hoops and one girl one month t-shirts and sweatshirts are made to order. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be accepted, any return must first be reported to bonjour@latreillemaisonensoleillee.com.

In view of the limited stocks, we cannot commit to an exchange. 
If you want a new size or another color, you just have to place an order again on the e-shop.

When you return, please send an email specifying the date of dispatch, the tracking number and the product (s) you are returning to us at bonjour@latreillemaisonensoleillee.com. 

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINE

Upon receipt of your return, an email will be sent to you attesting to the receipt of your return.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the items by La Treille.
